Saxton Bampfylde wins the RIDI ‘Making a Difference Award’

Saxton Bampfylde has been announced as the winner in the “Making a Difference” category at the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative Awards (RIDI)!

Each year the RIDI awards bring together leading change makers in the recruitment sector to celebrate the very best of disability confident recruitment. This Award highlights those who have excelled in levelling the playing field for disabled candidates in the recruitment process. Identifying and implementing appropriate reasonable adjustments at every stage and working hard to swiftly remove any barriers.

The Award recognises Saxton Bampfylde’s work implementing the REACH Programme. Led by Partner, Sophie Tredinnick, in partnership with the Civil Service, REACH is a mentoring programme that helps support colleagues with disabilities to maximise their career potential and keen to progress in their careers within the public sector. Launched in 2019, REACH is about to enter its second round.

Held on International Day of Persons with Disabilities and by a virtual ceremony on 3rd December, the Awards were hosted by former Paralympian Liz Johnson, with RIDI’s Chair Kate Headley and Jane Hatton.
