Tessa Catt
Researcher

Tessa joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2005, initially as a member of the Project Coordination Team, providing project management to senior Consultants and their clients, before making the move into Research in 2011. Additionally she has held Practice Group Secretary roles in the Social Impact and Health practices, leading on research and business development/events within each. She has worked on over 100 searches across multiple sectors for our clients, including in Government, Education, Charities and the Health sector.
Before joining the firm, Tessa was a team member in the internal Resourcing department of an IT company in Surrey. She enjoys the outdoors and spent a month’s sabbatical volunteering with Sayers Croft, an outdoor learning centre and educational charity based in the Surrey Hills. Tessa feels passionately about fundraising for causes which conduct research in the areas of Cancer and Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC UK). Tessa read Classics at Durham University.
