Laura Cecil

Laura joined Saxton Bampfylde’s research team in 2021, having spent seven and a half years at an executive search firm specialising in senior corporate affairs appointments across sectors. There, she developed a particular interest in internal communications and sustainability, and in the critical role the communications function has to play as a driver of business performance. Leveraging this experience in a wider leadership context, in her current role, Laura enjoys working across a broad range of executive and board level roles across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and internationally. Laura graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in History.
